Resilience and Wellbeing Profiles

We have been coaching and training people to manage stress, increase resilience, and maximise their wellbeing at work since the 1990’s. Over 20 years ago we were one of the first in Australasia to provide programmes for managers on how to lead for greater resilience and wellbeing of their staff. We have since helped hundreds of leaders and teams to thrive through change, whether it is from everyday pressures, earthquakes or a pandemic. We draw on the latest brain-science from Neuroleadership, Positive Psychology and Positive Leadership.

We use a range of assessment tools, and one of our favourites was designed in 2017 by experts in workplace resilience and wellbeing at the University of Melbourne. It takes about 15 minutes to complete and gives participants:

  • A confidential Personal Wellbeing Snapshot on six essential dimensions (emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment and physical health).

  • A personal Wellbeing Improvement Plan that helps them select two personally appealing micro-activities from a library of over 200 evidence-based wellbeing improvement actions.

  • Ongoing free access to re-take the self-assessment and update their improvement plan as often as they like, enabling new approaches as they and their circumstances change.

  • Access to free online learning resources including podcasts, videos and quick reference guides. There are also books and card-packs available for those who prefer to learn offline.

We adapt our resilient wellbeing programme to suit those new to the topic, or to be an advanced follow-up to basic approaches like mindfulness training or Five Ways to Wellbeing (which we also teach). After a typical workshop or coaching session participants can:
