Leadership Development Programme
We designed and delivered a customised development programme for 40 leaders. Our client had already identified their needs around leadership agility, stakeholder management, communicating decisions and strategic people leadership.
Our programme included 360-degree feedback, five workshops, individual coaching and peer Action Learning Groups.
Key to the success of the programme was strong involvement from executive leaders, including an innovative process to cascade presentations on key strategic messages down organisationals tiers.
Reviews found the programme to be highly effective.

Courageous Conversations & Conflict Resolution
The client, with a workforce of approximately 10,000 staff nationwide, engaged Achieve Group to develop a coaching skills programme for over 200 Branch Managers.
Collaborating closely with their Organisational Development Advisors, we created a comprehensive solution with an initial two-day workshop, on-the-job peer development activities and a half-day follow-up session.
A critical success factor was effective coordination with managers across groups to ensure alignment and support.
Delivered regionally in partnership with internal facilitators over two years, the programme’s multi-level evaluation demonstrated significant improvements in both employee engagement and team productivity.

Performance Management Rollout
The client had developed a new performance management framework and engaged us to create training for their 300 managers and 1,400 staff.
We designed a one-day workshop for managers to introduce the new system and refresh skills for effective performance conversations.
We also developed a half-day workshop for staff and a Trainer’s Training workshop for 20 HR professionals to facilitate staff sessions.
We co-facilitated the two-day Trainer Training workshop and delivered most of the manager programs across New Zealand.

Senior Leadership Development Review
We reviewed senior leadership development activities across a clients 21 member organisations, exploring additional useful options (including those from international providers).
We conducted surveys within each organisation, engaged with key stakeholders both in New Zealand and internationally, and delivered our findings in a comprehensive 55-page report, all within an eight-week timeframe.
The client was highly satisfied with the outcome and used the report to inform the development of a new sector-wide senior leadership development framework.
