Resilient Wellbeing

Supporting people to manage stress, increase resilience and maximise their wellbeing at work, is one of our most in-demand services.

We have helped hundreds of leaders and teams to thrive through change, whether it is from everyday pressures, earthquakes, or a pandemic.

Our Resilient Wellbeing workshops draw on the latest brain-science from Neuroleadership, Positive Psychology and Positive Leadership

We use a range of assessment tools

We use a range of proven assessment tools, including one developed in 2017 by experts in workplace resilience and wellbeing at the University of Melbourne. This 15-minute assessment gives participants:

  • A Personal Wellbeing Snapshot on six essential dimensions (emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment and physical health).

  • A Personal Wellbeing Improvement Plan that helps you select two personally appealing micro-activities from a library of over 200 evidence-based wellbeing improvement actions.

  • Ongoing access to re-take the self-assessment and update improvement plans as circumstances change, enabling new approaches as you and your circumstances change.

  • Access to free online learning resources including podcasts, videos and quick reference guides. There are also books and card-packs available for those who prefer to learn offline.

For over 25 years, Achieve has equipped leaders across Australasia to build resilience and wellbeing at work.

We were one of the first providers in this space, and our workshops are advanced yet accessible.
