Nicki is the Director of Public Impact, and an Associate of Achieve Group.

She is an accomplished people leader with extensive experience across New Zealand's Public Service Agencies, including the Ministry of Social Development and the Public Service Commission.

With a background spanning operational, policy, strategy and corporate roles, she has a deep understanding of public service leadership and the development of policy, practice, support and governance.

Her roles include Manager of Leadership and Talent at the Public Service Commission, where Nicki’s worked with senior leaders and Chief Executives to enhance leadership capability across the public sector, leading best practice programs and initiatives.

Nicki’s career includes significant achievements such as working with Ministers, the Public Service Leadership Team, leading the cross-government report back on two UN conventions, creating the first People Strategy for New Zealand’s largest public service agency, work as a Chief People Officer, and in policy design, delivery and implementation and international representation.

She is a board member of the Massey University Executive Advisory Board, and of Pregnancy, Infancy, Parenting Support (PIPS).

Nicki is based in Ōtautahi | Christchurch with her blended family.
